Summary 

The study of the problems of human capital is one of the most important areas in economic science, because a person plays a major role in the functioning of the economy and social life.

Moreover, human intellectual capital is of particular importance, since intelligence is of fundamental importance in the modern civilized world.

As a human intellectual capital in scientific work is considered, first of all, the factor of culture, and, in particular, spiritual culture as a necessary intellectual basis of social-economic progress.
